I think the quickest way to delete all key frames is to go to the motion
graph, click the "delete" button (next to "create" and "Drag" and whatever,)
and click on your keyframes in the graph.
I just thought of something: I assume that your task is to keep all of your
objects and hierarchies in the scene but get rid of all of the keyframes. If
you start an second empty scene and then Load Objects From Scene (from your
origonal scene,) you would get all of the objects and hierarchies from that
scene, and I don't know if you'd get the keyframes or not.
Anyway, I guess this is a pretty minor point, so I'll quit babbling!
